The Rye Bay Seafood Buffet will be served from 7pm onwards in the Ballroom. Where possible, it will be sourced from local sustainable stocks accredited by the Marine Stewardship Council.
It will include all of the following:

Oysters with traditional accompaniments - shucked to order
Smoked salmon
Prawn cocktail
Hot Section
Rye Bay fish soup
Steamed mussels with white wine, garlic, parsley and preserved lemon
Pan seared scallops - cooked to order
Steamed periwinkles in a parsley cream sauce
Clams, chorizo and coriander
Spanish squid with a saffron, almond and sherry sauce - flash cooked to order

The Rye Bay Seafood Buffet is available to non-residents for the price of £65 per adult and £25 per child.
