Housekeeping has a vital role within the team. Our Room Assistants are responsible for the moment the guest walks into the hotel and is impressed by the meticulously clean public areas, bedrooms, freshly laundered linen, fluffy towels and a welcoming atmosphere. Responsible for servicing all hotel bedrooms, function rooms, public areas and back of house areas, including staff areas, you will have high standards, pay attention to detail and will provide guests with a professional, efficient, prompt and courteous service at all times. Room Assistants report to the Executive Head of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Supervisor.
