Champagne breakfast to see Olympic Torch passing through Rye, Wednesday 18th July 2012

A once in a lifetime chance to see this iconic event in style at The George.

The programme is as follows:

8.30am - Breakfast served: a glass of Buck's Fizz and a light breakfast: coffee, tea, croissants and jams

8.50am - "The History of the Olympic Games", a presentation by historian Peter Pyemont

9.30am - Presentation ends, questions, file out onto the High Street to witness the passing of the Olympic torch

10am - Olympic torch passes The George Hotel

10.30am - Finish

Tickets must be purchased in advance from Reception at the George.
