Kids' package at The George in Rye
If you're trying to work out how to fill the six weeks of the summer holidays, we might be able to help for some of it! Available until the end of August only, kids go free when sharing a room with an adult or you can also take advantage of one of our interconnecting rooms at £100 for the kids' room in addition to the adults' room at our normal rates. This offer is only applicable nights of Sunday to Thursday, not bank holidays.
Here are some ideas for lovely things to do while you're here....
- take bucket and spades down to Camber Sands and mess about on the beach
- go on a boat ride over to the historic Bodiam Castle and explore the
- battlements, rampart and moat (the kids can also try on a suit of armour).
- take a miniature steam train ride at Dungeness
- head to Hastings Old Town for dodgems on the sea front and fish and chips
- take a seat at the traditional big-top circus tent in Rye
- go cycling, exploring and bird-watching at the Rye Harbour Nature reserve
