Christmas at The George in Rye

The George in Rye is a magical place to be at Christmas. Rye is a town straight out of Dickens, and the hotel's historic fabric is the perfect setting for winter festivities. We've created a three night package that takes care of everything short of buying the presents, allowing you to relax and enjoy yourself with family and friends over fine food and wine.

The Christmas package is made up as follows....

The following total package price of £445 per person includes the following:

three nights' accommodation arriving on Wednesday 24th (Christmas Eve) and departing Saturday 27th December
Standard Double room
all food as follows: full English breakfast, Christmas Eve Gourmet dinner (including wines), Christmas lunch, and afternoon tea & Spanish themed dinner (including drinks on arrival) on Boxing Day
a Christmas gift from us

The outline programme will run as follows:

check-in after 2pm on Christmas Eve. From 7.30pm, join us for a Champagne cocktail reception and a five course Christmas Gourmet Dinner in our Ballroom. Mulled wine after Midnight Mass at nearby St. Mary's
on Christmas Day, a traditional Christmas Lunch will be served. A screening of a classic favourite Christmas movie will be shown in the early evening and later a festive quiz run in our bar with special prizes!
on Boxing Day, relax during the day, enjoy an afternoon tea in our sitting room from 3pm. Join at 7.30pm for a drinks reception followed by a Festive Dinner celebrating Spanish cuisine by our Head Chef, Rodrigo Grossmann
check out on Saturday 27th after a hearty breakfast or extend your stay at the special rates below

The following supplements apply:

accommodation for child (when sharing parents' room) - £175 per child
single occupancy supplement - £145 per person
upgrade to Deluxe Double room - £50 per person (total of £495 pp)
upgrade to Junior Suite - £130 per person (total of £575 pp)
additional days' accommodation on either Tuesday 23rd, Saturday 27th or Sunday 28th December onwards - a special rate of £50 per person per night, including full English breakfast
