Christmas Break at The George in Rye
The George in Rye is a magical place to be at Christmas. Rye is a town straight out of Dickens, and the hotel's historic fabric is the perfect setting for winter festivities. We've created a three night Christmas package that takes care of everything short of buying the presents, allowing you to relax and enjoy yourself with family and friends over fine food and wine.
The Christmas package is made up as follows....
The following total package price of £325 per person includes the following:
- two nights' accommodation arriving on Saturday 24th (Christmas Eve) and departing Monday 26th December
- Queen room
- all food as follows: full English breakfast each morning, mince pies and drink on arrival at check-in, a Seafood dinner on Christmas Eve, Traditional Christmas lunch, and a light Christmas dinner in the George Grill
- a Christmas gift from us
The outline programme will run as follows:
- check-in 3pm onwards on Christmas Eve, for mince pies and an arrival drink. From 7.30pm, join us for a Seafood dinner, with a selection of locally caught fish and a seafood Paella
- on Christmas Day, a traditional Christmas Lunch will be served in our Ballroom and Restaurant. In the evening, we will be serving a light 3-course set buffet from 7.30pm
- on Boxing Day, check out after a hearty breakfast or extend your stay for a further night on a bed and breakfast basis on the night of Boxing Day - just ask Reception for further details
The following supplements apply:
- upgrade to Superior room - £25 per person (total of £350 pp)
- upgrade to Luxury room - £50 per person (total of £375 pp)
- upgrade to Junior Suite - £140 per person (total of £465 pp)
- accommodation for child (when sharing parents' room) - £195 per child
- single occupancy supplement - £225 per person
