Christmas Eve dinner will be served from 7pm onwards:

Canapés
Prawns with filo pastry
Spring rolls
Marinated olives
Caper berry with marinated anchovies
Russian salad in a shell


Starter
Roast winter vegetable soup with herb crème fraiche
Goats cheese and herb risotto
Smoked mackerel with local leaf salad and crispy capers


Main
Roast venison with parsnip puree and vegetables
Roasted seabass with vegetables and crushed potatoes
Risotto of winter squash with parmesan and thyme oil


Dessert
Orange flan
Chocolate mousse
Homemade yoghurt ice cream with semolina cookie

Christmas Eve dinner is available to non-residents for the price of £50 per adult and £20 per child.
