New Year's Eve Gala Dinner & Dance

Our New Year's Gala Dinner & Dance will start with reception drinks, canapés and a fun casino, followed by a four-course dinner in our Ballroom and a live band:

Starter
Roast parsnip soup with straw potato and truffle oil
Rye Bay scallops with sweet potato and white wine sauce
Artichoke heart with pinetus, dill and egg sauce

Main course
Roasted beef fillet with red wine jus, celeriac puree and vegetables
Roasted sea bass fillet with braised fennel and hot paprika dressing
Risotto of winter squash with parmesan and basil oil
