New Year's Eve Dinner & Dance

Our New Year's Dinner & Dance this year has a 1920s Speakeasy Bar theme - cocktails, dancing to a Jazz band, long pearl necklaces, feather boas, flapper dresses and suits. It will start with reception cocktails, followed by a three-course dinner in our Ballroom, see the menu below:

Starter - Prawn cocktail
Main course - Slow roasted briskette of beef with red wine jus, celeriac puree and chunky chips
Dessert - Apple and praline pie

The evening starts at 7 for 7.30pm, for a cocktail reception in the Benson room. A cash bar will serve cocktails, wines and beers during the night. Dress is Speakeasy or Black Tie.
