New Year's Eve Dinner & Dance

Our New Year's Dinner & Dance this year has a 1950s Rock and Roll theme - it's Teddy Boy and Rockabilly style all the way, so do dress up in your finest drape jackets and drainpipe trousers or prom dress, and get that quiff in your hair. In terms of music, think Peggy Sue, Rock Around the Clock and Shake, Rattle and Roll all the way.

After a cocktail reception, there will be a three-course Americana dinner in our Ballroom:

Starter - Clam Chowder
Main course - Slow-cooked braised Beef short ribs, celeriac gratin & cavolo nero
Dessert - Pear Tart with homemade cinnamon ice cream

The vegetarian menu comprises Sweetcorn chowder with Sussex Charmer cheese toasts, followed by Chipotle and blackbean casserole with citrus salsa.

Our band will be The Rock n' Roll Society, who have built a fantastic reputation and won't fail to get you dancing. The evening starts at 7 for 7.30pm. A cash bar will serve cocktails, wines and beers during the night. Dress is 1950s or Black Tie.
