Yoga package at The George in Rye, 4th-6th February 2014

Your yoga tutor Elaine Fletcher is an experienced and nurturing tutor. Having qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga, the largest yoga organization in the UK, and subsequently worked with teachers who are also osteopaths, Elaine's approach emphasizes the natural alignment of the body in posture work. The sessions will offer the opportunity to undo physical tension and free the breath to help create a sense of well being.

Elaine's clear and thoughtful teaching skills will enable her to adapt her teaching to suit all participants. Both those new to yoga as well as those who are experienced and seeking to deepen their practice will all receive suitable guidance.

The comprehensive programme is outlined below and participants may wish to attend all or just a few of the sessions. The keen can enjoy an early morning practice before breakfast whilst those who want to enjoy a luxurious lie-in are equally welcome. This would be an ideal New Year treat to combine fantastic yoga with the luxury of The George in Rye.

The break will start with a yoga session on Tuesday afternoon at 3pm and finish at midday on Thursday and is priced from £295 per person including dinner, bed and breakfast in one of our Luxury or Junior Suite rooms. Therefore, you have the benefit of a free room upgrade as part of this package.
